McCAIN School Veggie Patches and the Community

McCAIN strives to build long-lasting relationships with our communities while helping to encourage healthy diet and lifestyle.

 

McCAIN wants to give back to the community through the McCAIN School Veggie Patches program and help educate children on the origin of vegetables.

 

By providing equipment and seeds to primary schools – the same as those used by McCAIN farmers – we help get their veggie patch started. Kids learn that veggies come straight from the ground and McCAIN frozen veggies are simply vegetables that are frozen to lock in the flavour.
